Mons is roughly 60 km from Brussels on the E19-E42 (Brussels-Paris) motorway.
Coming from Brussels (in blue):
take the Mons-Est exit, at the Stop sign, turn right. At the second traffic lights, turn right and take the first left (INISMa sign): you are now in avenue Saint Pierre. Turn left just before the roundabout. Refer to the map for the last leg.
Coming from France (in red):
take exit 24 Mons, take the ring road and, after the second tunnel, take the right exit. After the traffic lights, take the second on the right (INISMa sign): you are now in avenue du Pont Rouge. At the roundabout, take the second exit. Refer to the map for the last leg.
There is a train every hour from Brussels to Mons; two Thalys trains a day go from Paris to Mons. If arriving by Eurostar, change at either Brussels or Lille (F) but you may have to change stations (Lille Europe - Lille Flandres).
Mons is served by Brussels National and Charleroi (Brussels South) airports.
